Testing, Testing, 1-2-3

Who enjoys going back and reviewing and then re-reviewing their work? Not many people. When we finish something, we want to be done with it, not to go back and start the process again. Yet no one can deny the value of reevaluating work for errors, especially when it comes to writing. So, if you're about to send out a targeted email campaign with D&B Professional Contacts, you have to be sure everything is perfect.

The first thing to check isn't the grammar or spelling, but instead the sentence flow. Of course, don't ignore the grammar, just first make sure what's being said for your opt email advertising makes sense. The best way to do this is to read it aloud to yourself. This often will reveal any strange wording you may have not have noticed if you just read it silently.  Also, have someone else read it aloud, to see if they notice anything strange.
